The NOVAFOODIES project is conducting a questionnaire to assess the market acceptance of integrated multi-trophic aquaculture (IMTA) ingredients for human consumption in food production. Your insights will help shape the future of sustainable aquaculture and food innovation.

IMTA offers an ecologically balanced, circular, and economically viable approach to aquaculture. IMTA integrates multiple species from different trophic levels – such as algae, plants, herbivores, and carnivores – creating a balanced ecosystem where waste from one species becomes a valuable resource for another. This method supports sustainable food production while addressing environmental challenges and fostering economic growth.
