Short description of the action
BlueInvest e-pitches are virtual pitching events organized to support the Blue Invest platform to connect innovative blue economy start-ups and SMEs with investors. These sessions spotlight sustainable ocean-based solutions—ranging from aquaculture and marine tech to renewable energy and blue biotechnology. Selected companies receive coaching to refine their pitches and present to a curated audience of investors, fostering visibility and potential funding. The e-pitches are part of the broader BlueInvest initiative, which aims to mobilize over €1 billion in investments to support the transition to a sustainable and resilient maritime economy across Europe.
