Alina Sippolainen

Alina focuses in advancing more regenerative blue economy and ocean finance. In her career, Alina has been part of the founding team of A’Pelago the 1st blue economy accelerator in the Baltic Sea. She has also been part of the founding team of SEAS, a multidisciplinary ocean literacy collective. Alina holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with specialization in maritime economics and ESG management from the University of Turku in Finland. Her expertise includes ecosystem approaches to blue economy ESG management and measurement, startup development, project management, stakeholder engagement and market research. Alina is a passionate sailor and has sailed over 20 years in the Finnish Archipelago and Baltic Sea.
