The EU4Algae project is a collaborative stakeholder´s forum aimed at promoting the development of a regenerative algae industry in Europe. 

Dedicated to the topics of Governance, Research, Business and Awareness, the EU4Algae Info Session online event will include: 

• Presenting a comprehensive update on the EU4Algae project achievements and remaining outcomes for the year. 

• Showcasing recent activities and plans from the European Commission's perspective on the EU Algae initiative. 

• Engaging with stakeholders in focused discussions to test and refine the challenges and priorities identified by the Commission. 

It will also include a plenary session with a status update from DG MARE (The Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the European Commission) and break-out sessions focusing on the key aspects of the Algae Initiative. Check the event’s Agenda for more details.

• Each participant can complete their created profile with useful information and showcase needs or expectations to raise. 

• A well-completed profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.

• Participants can send and receive meeting requests. 

• Participants have their own agenda at their disposal to complete their schedule for the event and the list of their meetings. 

The results or outcomes of the event will be published on the Maritime Forum website. The event space will then be closed, and the content deleted.
