The focus of these webinars will be to showcase how (1) Algae is considered a promising alternative source of sustainable proteins with the potential to address global food security and environmental, (2) Nori holds crucial significance for Europe owing to its multifaceted utility in food as in sushi, medicine, and environmental sustainability, and how (3) Algae-based startups are driving innovation across industries, from low-tech spirulina production to advanced biotechnology applications – among others. The participants will have the opportunity to hear first-hand a detailed overview of these topics during the webinar’s duration while seeing key webinar objectives addressed by experts in the field.
