Dr Slim GANA holds a Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography. He has experience both in the academic/research sector and in the consultancy services sector. Dr Slim GANA is the manager of "SEA-GUST", an SME providing consultancy services in the field of Marine Environment and Marine Engineering in several countries of Africa and Middle East. As a skilled scientist, Dr Slim GANA was also involved in several EU-funded projects as recently PERSEUS (FP7) and ODYSSEA (H2020). Currently, he is involved in ILIAD project (ocean-twin.eu), with the aim to deliver a Digital Twin of the Ocean for serveral pilot areas and different sectors of activities.
