The charitable limited company „aquatil“ is involved in archaeological and biological underwater research projects. It combines the different disciplines such as Scientific Diving, Photogrammetry and Computer Science and provides the opportunity to develop new tools and techniques, useful for the documentation and archiving of underwater cultural heritage objects and coral reef structures. The expertise is of all phases of image-based detailed 3D geometric reconstructions process, from data aquisition by Scientific Divers, Recreational Divers and Remotely Operated Underwater Vehicles, data preparation and techniques to produce an accurate, precise and complete 3D model, including scientific analysis and discussion.
