Objectives:

Organize Beach Clean-ups: Engage children and women, especially from the local women’s association, in regular beach clean-up events to reduce pollution on Mykonos’ beaches.

Environmental Education: Provide workshops to raise awareness about ocean pollution, teaching participants about the impact of plastic waste and promoting sustainable practices.

Empower Communities: Focus on empowering women and children to become leaders in environmental conservation, encouraging them to spread awareness and adopt eco-friendly habits.

Use Social Media: Amplify the project’s impact through social media, sharing clean-up events and educational content to inspire global participation.

Expected Impact:

Cleaner Beaches: Directly reduce pollution on Mykonos’ beaches, preserving the island’s natural beauty and protecting marine life.
