ALETEA is a newly established non-profit organization dedicated to marine biodiversity research, education, and conservation in the north-western Mediterranean Sea, with a focus on social perspective and sustainability. Our mission is to become a logistical support platform with experienced scientists in the region, enabling research centers, researchers, and students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD) from Catalonia and beyond to develop their projects at Cap de Creus. We work closely with other research organizations, stakeholders, and local communities to ensure that our efforts align with current conservation and research priorities.
