The primary objective is to enable our students to develop a
scientific approach : to observe the problems encountered by
the ocean and its inhabitants, to understand their causes by
meeting an oceanographer, by carrying out documentary
research in the library, ... and finding out how reduce these
problems, especially at our scale.
In addition, this project aims to promote the school-family
partnership via communications created in class and transmitted to parents, via challenges or a “clean-up” action (if the sanitary
conditions are favorable); but also the exchanges with the other
classes of our school through the intermediary of the library which will "take the colors of the ocean" for a few weeks in order to sensitize the other Frenchspeaking classes and other language sections to the ocean, its treasures and its balance to be protected by everyday civic actions.
