The school is carrying on a project through which the young people of each class will monitor for a period the daily consumption of plastic bottles of water used in their class. The iam of this project is to make studentsunderstand: • how much it costs and how polluting it is to drink water in plastic bottles; to raise awareness and make students aware of consuming water from the tap. • to reduce the excessive amount of plastic to be disposed of • to learn how to exercise an active and eco-sustainable citizenship A brochure will have to be developed to be distributed in the school, which serves to make children and their families aware of drinking from the tap, which reports in summary of all the data collected by the students in the table. A fountain will have to be placed inside the school, which will allow water to be drunk by spending less and reducing plastic waste.
