Short description of the action
in collaboration with international partners and METU will continue with specific actions towards the Mission Objective ‘‘Prevent and eliminate pollution of our ocean, seas and waters’’’ via bottom up awareness raising activities organized by Early Career Ocean Professionals with a strong focus on citizen science. The Strengthening of the existing Black Sea Young Ambassadors programme will be an important asset to the Mission Lighthouses and other Missions such as climate change. METU IMS here pledges to continue to coordinate and support the continuiation of the BSYA programme and link it to similar initiatives at European and global level.
