What motives you to make a pledge for the Ocean ?
Europe’s regional seas have very specific characteristics but they are part of an interconnected global ocean. Marine pollution does not halt at borders so that a global vision of marine processes is urgently needed to tackle this impelling issue. For this reason EMODnet Chemistry is committed to increase international cooperation in favour of free accessibility to quality marine data. Even if undertaken on a local scale but following a global vision, every little sharing action can bring enormous benefits to our sea and ocean.
