I am the Marine Biologist and the Project Leader of the project "BLUEAT- Alien is Good Alien is Food" and my role is to coordinate the whole scientific activities such as the contact with the Universities and Research centers, the Divulgation of Scientific Data and involving people in our activities of Citizen science. I am used to speaking in front of a group that includes authorities.
I am a Marine Biologist and I’m currently attending the national PhD program in Sustainable Development and Climate change.I am partner and volunteer of Cetacea Foudation Onlus, a non-profit organization founded in 1988 in Riccione with a commitment to protect the marine ecosystem, especially the Adriatic sea, through activities of education and conservation. It is active in the rescue of animals in need, especially sea turtles and cetaceans. Thanks to Cetacean Fundation In my working experience I’ve taken place in some European Project such as the Interreg projects MARLESS and Soundscape, the Life Med Turtle and Sailing for Blue Life in which I was the Resident Biologist on board.I am one of the funders of MARISCADORAS srl BENEFIT a society composed by 5 women to protect our marine ecosystem and to battle for equality and gender equality rights. We created a project called “Blueat” whose aim is to the Alien Species in our Mediterranean diet and my role is to coordinate the whole scientific activities such as the contact with the Universities and Research centers, the Divulgation of Scientific Data and involving people in our activities of Citizen science.I am a PADI Open Water and PADI Research Diver Instructor and I am very interested in making underwater videos and pictures because I think is a good way to show people the biodiversity of our Oceans and Seas.
