Cooperation with stakeholders is one of the main success factors in the management of a marine protected area, and thus in the conservation of ecosystems and their resources. Despite this, many parks lack a good communication strategy, which leads to conflicts with local people. Local people often feel displaced in decisions, and feel that their opinions and knowledge are not taken into account, which often leads to non-compliance with regulations, with repercussions for conservation. From this need "Bluamaro" was born, an online platform that aims to improve communication between MPA managers and the people involved in or affected by the management (economic and cultural sector). On the one hand, it provides marketing tools (guides, services, courses, conferences, workshops...) to improve communication, both for managers and the sectors involved. On the other hand, we are creating a bank of "stories", of local success stories around the world, of people and communities that are carrying out conservation actions, and that help to raise awareness of the importance of including local and indigenous people in decision-making.
