Rubelis OÜ is an Estonian continuing-education provider (registered in the Estonian Education Information System, EHIS no. 262723) that develops reading-based online programmes in ocean literacy for recreational divers. Our core programme, Rubelis Beyond Diver, helps certified divers observe marine life more carefully, avoid unintentional contact with fragile habitats and dive more calmly and consciously. Our methodology and education standard are openly available with permanent DOIs.
