Amici dell'Acquario di Napoli ETS is a non-profit Third Sector organisation based in Naples, promoting ocean literacy, marine environmental awareness and public engagement with the sea. Working in connection with scientific, educational and territorial actors, the Association develops initiatives that bring marine science closer to citizens and younger generations. Its NEXT WAVE initiative engages young people from underserved urban areas through experiential learning, field activities, citizen science and encounters with marine researchers and professionals.
