Working Group 3 – Algae for Food 

When: 5 June 

Time: 16h00 CET 

Discussion on Algae at Vitafoods and the Report about Contaminants in Algae.

Working Group 4 – Algae for Feed 

When: 7 June 

Time: 10h00 to 11h30 CET 

Exploring the transition from fish-based feed to algae-based feed, focusing on feed ingredients and additives, good practices, regulatory assessments, and the new Sustainable Algae Industry project (DG MARE).

Working Group 2 – Microalgae Production 

When: 7 June 

Time: 15h00 CET 

Development of a policy recommendations list based on previous work.

Working Group 5 – Algae for Eco & Working Group 6 – Materials 

When: 25 June 

Time: 14h00 to 16h00 CET 

Use of circular nutrients and carbon for producing (organic) algae-based fertilisers, focusing on microalgae produced with residual streams and fertiliser products.
