European Maritime Day this year is going virtual from Den Helder, The Netherlands on 20 and 21 May 2021. Everyone, from any location in the EU, can join  the plenaries on sustainable blue economy and green recovery, 20 attractive workshops, 3 pitch stage sessions and many B2B meetings opportunities. It will also be possible to watch interviews, highlights from the conference and videos through EMD TV, a new feature of EMD 2021.

EMD’s high-level plenary sessions including inspirational speakers, the leadership exchanges, the pitch stages and the 20 workshops organised by maritime stakeholders will be broadcasted from the “EMD studio” in Den Helder. Registered participants will be able to attend all these sessions via webstreaming. The stakeholders’ workshops will be interactive and will run virtually via video conferencing (via Zoom or similar tool).

While it's not quite back to business-as-usual, there will be plenty of opportunities to connect with your peers, exchange views, showcase your achievements and get up to speed with the latest policy developments in the maritime world.

Check the provisional programme and register to participate - before 17 May 2021 - to any session you are interested in.

European Maritime Day 2021 is co-organised with the City of Den Helder, the Province of Noord-Holland and the Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Waterstaat.
