I cannot find the application form on the website

Access the application form directly.

I see the following message when I try to access the application form.

Access denied

You are not authorized to access this page.

 

You are not logged in on the webpage. You need to Login with your EU Login.

  1. Go to the Maritime Forum Login Page;
  2. Enter your address e-mail or unique identifier;
  3. Enter your password;
  4. Choose your verification method and follow the instructions (e.g. provide you mobile phone number and then the sms code received on your phone consisting of three blocks of three characters)
  5. Sign in
  6. Access the application form directly.

I do not have an EU Login.

  1. Go to the EU Login sign in page and click on the "Create an account" link on the EU Login main page. Fill in the provided form with your personal details.
  2. You will receive an e-mail from the EU Login automated password service. Follow the instructions to set your password.
  3. Before you can login with your EU Login to the Maritime Forum website, you need to choose your verification method. Go to EU Login sign in page and login with your chosen password. Once successfully authenticated, move the mouse over the gear at the top right corner to display the menu and select "My Account". Click on "Manage my mobile phone numbers". Click on "Add a mobile phone number". When clicking "Add", an SMS is sent to your mobile device. The SMS contains a code that you need to type in. Click on “Finalise”.

My account is blocked.

After you have logged in to the Maritime Forum website for the first time, your account needs to be activated by a site administrator. This might take up to one or two days in some cases.

While the activation of your account is pending, your account will be temporarily blocked.

Once your account has been activated, you will receive an automatic email, after which you can access the EU4Ocean Platform application form page.

If your account is still blocked after two days, please contact the EU4Ocean Platform facilitators at infoateu4ocean-platform [dot] eu (info[at]eu4ocean-platform[dot]eu) or nathalie [dot] van [dot] isackeratseascapebelgium [dot] be (nathalie[dot]van[dot]isacker[at]seascapebelgium[dot]be).

I am applying as an individual. I do not have a logo.

You can leave this section of the form empty or you can upload a picture of you that will be shown on your member page on the website.

I do not know what the coordinates of the city where I am based are.

You can use the online Latitude and Longitude Finder.

I do not know what to include in the intent letter.

I have submitted my application but I have no news from the EU4Ocean Platform facilitators and I do not know if my application has been received.

Normally, after you have submitted your application, you will directly receive an automatic e-mail indicating that your application has been received and is under review.

I have submitted my application and I have received an e-mail indicating that it is under review more than a week ago but I have received no further news.  

Normally, after your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail welcoming you to the EU4Ocean Platform and you will be able to see your member’s  page in the EU4Ocean Platform Database.

If this is not the case, please contact the EU4Ocean Platform facilitators at infoateu4ocean-platform [dot] eu (info[at]eu4ocean-platform[dot]eu) or nathalie [dot] van [dot] isackeratseascapebelgium [dot] be (nathalie[dot]van[dot]isacker[at]seascapebelgium[dot]be).

My question is not included in this table.
