| My account is blocked. | After you have logged in to the Maritime Forum website for the first time, your account needs to be activated by a site administrator. This might take up to one or two days in some cases. While the activation of your account is pending, your account will be temporarily blocked. Once your account has been activated, you will receive an automatic email, after which you can access the EU4Ocean Platform application form page. | I am applying as an individual. I do not have a logo. | You can leave this section of the form empty or you can upload a picture of you that will be shown on your member page on the website. |
| I do not know what the coordinates of the city where I am based are. | You can use the online Latitude and Longitude Finder. |
| I do not know what to include in the intent letter. | You can download the template intent letter by clicking on the related hyperlink in the text below the upload button. |
| I have completed the form but when I clicked on 'Submit' I got an error message. | This could be due to the fact that under 'Duration time' you have added a start date but no end date. Please note that this field is not mandatory. It is aimed for projects with a defined duration. You can either leave this field empty or complete both the start date and the end date. You should then be able to submit your application. |
| I have submitted my application but I have no news from the EU4Ocean Platform facilitators and I do not know if my application has been received. | Normally, after you have submitted your application, you will directly receive an automatic e-mail indicating that your application has been received and is under review.
