• What can each of the present initiatives contribute by 2019 towards the development of the Pilot Blue Cloud?
• What should be the minimum requirements of the Pilot Blue Cloud by end 2019?
• What can the Pilot Blue Cloud do to coordinate the transitions to cloud technologies in the different research communities (observations, marine biology, biodiversity, etc.)?
• How to unlock the innovation potential of blue data via the cloud? (e.g. development of virtual research environments, virtual laboratories and expansion of the user base of the Pilot Blue Cloud).
• What should a roadmap 2017-2019 look like?
