Description
Oil spill from the emptying of fuel tanks is responsible for the majority of oil pollution. There is a gap between the number of oil spills and those held accountable. to make the 'polluter pays' principle effective, new means of detection are necessary. the means of detecting pollution will be presented in the this workshop, and then will discuss their efficiency.
