Objective of the meeting: to strengthen current collaboration and leverage future mutual areas of benefit between EMODnet and CMEMS
Expected Outcome: to further develope the partnership roadmap between EMODNet and CMEMS at the policy, coordination and operational levels
- The first part of the meeting (AM) will be devoted to presentations and updates on higher level coordination aspects (DG GROW, DG MARE, Marcator Ocean, EMODnet Secretariat).
- The second part of the meeting (PM) aims at developing more concrete activities and areas for cooperation.
These discussions will feed and further shape the partnership roadmap with principle outline of basis for coordination as well as specific joint activities planned in 2018 and 2019.

Long-term strategy post 2020: informal exchange of views on possible areas of convergence and on the next EMFF.
