Discover what's behind Working Group 4: Algae for Feed
Working Group 4 Algae4Feed will promote algae feed product development by improving the business environment. Algae4Feed will also develop an online knowledge hub on algae feeds and will make recommendations to boost innovation and market access. Algae4Feed supports feed additives, feed ingredients and also integrations that promote a circular economy.
The following activities and outcomes are foreseen:
- Develop an online knowledge hub;
- Integrate knowledge from relevant studies and project results into factsheets and make recommendations on R&D needs;
- Identify funding opportunities and market access;
- Provide guidance on business support;
- Raise awareness for algae feed product benefits and opportunities, the feed market and market trends.
