The Young Algaeneers Symposium (YAS) is made by and for young scientists and entrepreneurs working in both microalgae and seaweed fields. Driven by an innovative spirit, YAS offers a distinctive conference format that encourages collaboration, creativity, and career development, while providing participants with the opportunity to engage with key players from both industry and academia.
Scheduled for 26–29 May 2026 in Wageningen (Netherlands), the symposium will bring together emerging talent from across Europe and beyond to exchange knowledge, share ideas, and explore new frontiers in algae research and innovation.
