As part of EU4Algae’s ongoing activities, this interactive online session will focus on Standards for Algae and Bio-Based Products, bringing together experts from across the standardisation landscape to provide an overview of the key frameworks shaping the sector – from European and harmonised standards to private, biobased, and ISO standards, as well as the role of innovation-driven instruments such as CWAs and ongoing EU-funded initiatives.

The webinar aims to equip participants with a clearer understanding of the current standardisation ecosystem and how it applies to algae production and algae-based products in Europe. Through expert presentations and interactive discussions, attendees will gain insights into the latest developments supporting market development, regulatory alignment, and industry credibility across the European algae sector.
