As part of EU4Algae’s ongoing activities, this interactive online session will focus on Environmental Credits for Seaweed Aquaculture and Marine Permaculture, exploring what credible environmental credit approaches could look like for seaweed-related outcomes. 

  

The webinar will open with a short overview of early insights from the EU4Algae study “Support for Developing Carbon and Nutrient Credit Schemes in the EU”, followed by brief contributions from invited speakers addressing the current state of environmental crediting.  

  

In addition to expert presentations, the session will include a co-creation segment designed to explore what credible environmental credit approaches could look like, specifically for seaweed aquaculture and marine permaculture.
