The mission of Mare Vitae is to work towards the sustainability of our oceans acting as a link between the different local stakeholders. Trough engineering, technical education such as nautical and scuba diving activities and as a partner with scientific institutions, Mare Vitae fills a gap in the regional coastal communities by establishing a bridge between its scientific partners and the community. Pursuing an increase in scientific literacy and, therefore, contributing to more sustainable fishing activities we aim to contribute for new approaches in the ocean use. Together, we believe we can act to safeguard the ocean.
