Charline Guillou

I have always been passionate about the ocean (I grew up along the Brittany coasts practicing diving and surfing) and I wanted to work in a profession that protects it, becoming aware little by little of the damage that was being done to it. Today I am in charge of the communication of the Ocean University Initiative. Specialized in matters of communication related to the marine environment, I particularly appreciates to work on the interface between science and policy with the aim of promoting more sustainable maritime activities. In parallel I am president of an association called Sailing Hirondelle which, on board its expedition sailboat, creates ocean literacy content.
