Transport Research Arena 2026 - Finalisation of preparations

The Transport Research Arena (TRA) is Europe’s largest and most prestigious conference on transport research and innovation, organized every two years by the European Commission and leading professional partners. The Waterborne Technology Platform is member of the different committees of the TRA, shaping the content of the conference.  TRA brings together researchers, industry experts, policymakers, and civil society representatives to explore new solutions for the future of sustainable and smart mobility. It is where ideas meet action and where Europe’s transport community comes together to shape tomorrow’s systems and technologies. The TRA 2026 is scheduled to take place in Budapest from 18 to 21 May 2026. The Waterborne TP is currently finalising the design of the exhibition stand, and we still have place for three additional projects maximum.
