Description
Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools can make a meaningful impact on ocean sustainability, and the Network of European Blue Schools (NEBS) welcomes VET providers who want to contribute through impactful educational projects. This webinar showcases best practices on how to develop a Blue Project that connects with VET schools' curricula and guides participants through the NEBS certification process.
During this interactive session, the focus will be cast on:
- how VET schools can join the Network of European Blue Schools;
- why every vocational field can create a meaningful Blue Project - even where the ocean connection may not be immediately apparent;
- how to design Blue Projects that connect learners' skills, passions, and future careers to the blue economy;
- what resources and support NEBS provides to help VET schools develop successful projects;
- stories from VET educators about their experiences developing Blue Projects, including their best practices and lessons learned.
