Maritime Economy has undergone profound, comprehensive transformations over the last decade, affecting production and commercialization strategies in the sector. The current scenario – showing an increasingly high level of specialization in some of the competitors, while new producers are entering the scene, typically from South-East Asia – requires customized, targeted training of human resources operating in the field, with a multiregional and transnational scope. Building on this, the objective of the event is to let new career paths and professional skills emerge that meet the needs of the ship building sector in the context of the latest innovation and trends.
