The Plenary is composed of 21 members proposed by the European organisations members of ACFA. In addition, the social partners represented in the Social and Sectoral Dialogue Committee have one representative each (worker and employer). The meetings of the Plenary are prepared by the Bureauand the four working groups of ACFA. It decides on the annual work programme and expresses the Committee's Opinions.
