PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) were commissioned by the Department of Communications, Energy and National Resources (DCENR) to undertake a detailed appraisal of the INFOMAR project. The appraisal is to be carried out in line with the requirements of the ‘Guidelines for the Appraisal and Management of Capital Expenditure Proposals in the Public Sector (February 2005)’.
