The Blue Bioeconomy Forum is now up and running, and will host its first event on 7th December!

Back to back with the Algaeurope 2018 International Conference, we will meet in Amsterdam for a day. Join us to:

  • learn about trends, opportunities and challenges that are faced by different actors of the Blue Bioeconomy sector in the EU.
  • meet key stakeholders of the Blue Bioeconomy sector.
  • participate in discussions with core experts in the areas of policy, environment and regulation, finance and business development, value chain and markets, and science, technology and innovation.
  • Help shape the roadmap for the development of the Blue Bioeconomy of the EU.

Meanwhile, we finalised the composition of the Steering group: you can find a list of our members here.

Many of you offered to join our working groups: thank you, and we’re looking forward to hearing your opinion! For those of you who are still waiting, do not hesitate to contact us at BBF-secretariatattechnopolis-group [dot] com (BBF-secretariat[at]technopolis-group[dot]com) (or using the feedback form below this article).

We have also started working on the future roadmap, and we are now opening the broader stakeholder consultation. In addition to the working groups, we are currently conducting interviews on the challenges that hamper development of the Blue Bioeconomy in the EU and we will soon launch two surveys to gather your contributions.
