Youth4Ocean Call Fall 2025

The Youth4Ocean Forum invites young students, educators, artists, advocates, entrepreneurs, innovators, and researchers who are developing and implementing initiatives supporting the sustainable blue economy to become the next EU Young Ocean Advocates, joining a community of over 500 young ocean changemakers from all over Europe.

Youth and Early-Career Ocean Professionals (ECOPs) are key drivers of change. By bringing fresh perspectives and creative solutions to address challenges in the blue sector while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability, equity, and inclusivity, their work is already shaping the future of the blue economy.

We welcome projects that include ocean literacy and awareness-raising activities, advocacy initiatives, creative approaches, research and innovation, technology development, nature-based solutions, or entrepreneurship initiatives that contribute to advancing Europe’s transition toward a climate-neutral, resilient, and inclusive blue economy.
