Designed for direct use as a food, Tok de Mar® brings dehydrated sea lettuce into a range of everyday dishes. Produced in Ílhavo, Portugal, Tok de Mar® is made from 100% organic sea lettuce and is produced sustainably with organic certification. The delicate flakes can be used directly as a condiment in salads, fish, omelettes and vegetables.
Up to about 5 g of dehydrated seaweed can be consumed. As seaweed is naturally rich in iodine, consumers are reminded that excessive iodine intake can affect thyroid function. Those with questions or concerns are advised to consult their doctor.
